FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Note: This is an in-office role located in Naples, FL
We are seeking an experienced Primary Accountant who works well on a team to be hands-on and oversee general accounting operations while maintaining efficiency with financials.
This position requires an extremely organized and detailed individual to focus on keeping updated accurate financial records for upper management, agent commission processing, bank reconciliation, customer billing, invoicing, vendor payments, 1099 reporting, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures.
Duties would also include working with bookkeepers with daily activities to complete AR, AP processing and must be experienced with Microsoft Suite products, QuickBooks Online, merchant and bank processing.
The role would also include being responsible for monitoring payroll service to ensure employees receive accurate support and monitor and oversee facility agreements, insurance renewals and service contracts with basic business administration.
