I recently purchased a couple of acres of property In Arcadia Florida with a mobile home and several workshops which I have been working on by myself.
I'm a jack of all trades but master of none, an extra set of hands could come in handy.
It's a work in progress but has lots off potential.
Some of things needed help in Skilled tree work/ground clearing home leveling metal roof install automotive restoration drywall light carpentry cleaning/painting etc etc Offered is room with own bath, possible 2 rooms if you need additional storage, kitchen access, washer and dryer access, wi-fi, outdoor storage both covered and non covered and possible workshop access.
Even possible business partnerships as this is not my forever home it is a flip.
I also restore and flip cars I'm not looking for just anyone but the right one.
