Description:
Responsibilities:
•Reports to and works closely with President of Commercial Real Estate and Property Management to implement and achieve line of business plans, initiatives, results, and strategic goals.
•Responsible for office/region operations and results of the commercial real estate business.
•Responsible for representing the commercial real estate business within the region/state, and liaising and assisting with all Schmidt Family of Companies offices and leaders within the region/state.
•Responsible for office recruiting efforts, growth and results.
•Manage office with focus on maximizing growth, volume, company dollar, agent earnings and net income.
•Responsible for being up to date and knowledgeable with Coldwell Banker Commercial, Schmidt Family of Companies and industry tools and resources available to assist agents in conducting and growing their real estate business.
•Responsible for day-to-day oversight, mentorship and guiding of region/office agents and commercial coordinator.
•Responsible for holding and chairing regular sales meetings (once or twice a month).
•Oversight, assistance and mentorship of all commercial agents within office/region.
•Primary point of contact and responsible for assisting all certified ResMercial agents within Region (President of Commercial Real Estate and Property Management secondary contact).
•Primary point of contact to assist all residential managers and agents within region (President of Commercial Real Estate and Property Management secondary contact).
•Responsible for delivering weekly production and accurate leasing information for office/region utilizing AccountTECH system and Excel.
•Responsible for preparing bimonthly office key metric summary reports to President of Commercial Real Estate and Property Management.
•Define, communicate, track and support path to agent official ResMercial status which includes allowing/supplying all available and applicable co-transaction, transaction completion, support and training requirements.
Four completed commercial transaction sin partnership with office/region Commercial Leader within four years from start and completion of commercial real estate training
.
•Participate in the preparation of region/state market reports, providing market data and assisting in preparation and design of report

Licenses:
*Active Florida Real Estate License
*Commercial Real Estate experience
Additional Compensation:
Salary: $1500 per month (Independent Contractor)
Other Independent Contractor Compensation is negotiable
