Big Joe Forklift - $400 (PUNTA GORDA)

This forklift works but could use 2 new batteries.
Old ones do not hold a charge.
Battery type is E0583, 12 volts.
Horn will not shut up for some reason.
Spring that holds the handle up is also broken I think since I never looked into it, as you can see by the bungee strap holding it up.
Weight less batteries is 1464 lbs.
Lifts and drives fine, but just is not what my boss thought it would be good for.
Asking $400 OBO.
