Exmark commercial self propelled lawn mower - $800 (Cape Coral)

This is an Exmark 30 in commercial grade self propelled walk behind lawn mower.
It was 2,600 brand new.
Purchased in 2022.
It has been used for light duty on my personal residence and runs like a charm.
Extremely light use and garage kept.
Been mowing my lawn with it for about 2 years every other week or so.
Not many hours.
Had it serviced at lawn repair shop.
Oil change is recent, blades are sharp.
Comes with an extra brand new set of blades too! *i am missing the bagger (no one uses the bagger in Fl anyways) other than that this thing is a beast and will last for many more years.
I no longer need the unit as I have a lawn service and I am looking for a no bs no hassle buyer.
It’s not even half the price I paid.
