*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
Part time Onsite Maintenance
* Monitor interior/exterior lighting at guard shacks, subdivision entry monuments cleanliness, street signs cleaning as needed, install signage/including post, mounting and installation of park benches, and perform maintenance procedures as required to ensure safe and sanitary conditions.
* Building maintenance requirements i.
e.
, moving maintenance equipment or furniture, hanging ceiling lights, ceiling tiles, pressure washing, light plumbing, minor drywall repair, door repairs, painting touch up, etc.
* Provide the community and guests with friendly, diplomatic, professional, and knowledgeable service.
* Maintain supplies and or vehicles provided by the company in good working condition.
* Ensure daily work orders, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual maintenance checklists are observed.
* Assist team in emergency repairs.
* May need to work holidays and cover shifts as needed.
* Plus other work related tasks as needed
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
* Good organizational and verbal skills.
* Ability to handle the rigors of the job effectively.
* Plumbing, carpentry, or electrical knowledge.
* Reliable transportation
