*Pool Cage Builder/Screener*
Looking for an opportunity to join a family-owned and operated company that has been in business for over 40 years? Harpers 1980 Aluminum Services Division is seeking experienced Pool Cage Builders and Screeners to join our team in Southwest Florida.
As a leading provider of hurricane protection and Pool Cages/ Screening in the area, we are expanding and need a Lead Screen Technician who is dependable, loyal, honest, and hardworking.
As our Lead Screen Technician, you will be responsible for installing and prefabricating pool cages, screen enclosures, and other home improvements, while ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for maintaining company property, vehicles, and tools, completing all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, and representing the company professionally and ethically in all business matters.
To be considered for this position, you must have your own tools and be experienced in the trade of screening and aluminum.
You must also be willing and able to screen rooftop cages, have no fear of heights, and be able to climb tall ladders and work on scaffolding.
We work in various weather conditions, including Florida heat and winter, and you must be willing to work long days to complete jobs and stay on schedule.
Additionally, you must have at least 5+ years of experience in aluminum installations, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and be available to work flexible hours as needed.
You must also be able to operate all necessary tools and equipment.
- Install pool cages, Screen Enclosures, and other home improvements.
-Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
– Ensures company property, vehicles and tools are properly used, maintained and accounted for.
– Completes all paperwork in an accurate, thorough and timely manner.
– Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and concerns.
– Performs other duties as needed or assigned

*Qualifications:*
* Experienced and know the trade of screening and aluminum.
Must be willing and able to screen roof top cages.
* No fear of heights and can climb tall ladders and work on scaffolding
We work in various weather conditions - Florida heat and Florida winter.
Must be willing to work long days when jobs need to be completed to stay on schedule.
Have at least 5+ year of experience in aluminum installations
Valid driver licenses and clean driving record required for lead installers
Available to work flexible work hours as needed
Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment
