Job responsibilities include acquiring, managing and scheduling subcontractors.
Ensuring quality control standards are met, dealing directly with property managers, and conducting reconnaissance for potential new jobs.
Some travel is required within a 3-hour radius of Fort Myers.
This position comes with some perks as well.
Upon hire a take-home company vehicle, gas card and expense account will be provided.
There is absolutely room for growth in this position.
