Halo is currently looking for a home watch technician to join our team that services the proximity of Naples and Marco Island.
*Job responsibilities include:* \*Perform routine home watch checks for homes the “Halo way”.
\*Communicate effectively with the office regarding notable information and incidents.
\*Work in a professional manner with different vendors to resolve issues that arise.
\*Perform the necessary administrative tasks to fulfill work obligations.
Requirements including skills and character traits: \*High integrity and personal standards.
\*Diligence - notice and report problems identified during a home watch check.
\*Reliable – able to commit to a schedule, show up on time, team player.
\*Problem Solve – Work independently to tackle challenging problems as they arise.
\*Able to perform light physical labor for extended periods, alone or with others.
\*Able to carry 50 lbs.

\*Owns vehicle, has a valid driver’s license, and valid car insurance.
\*Must pass background check/drug test.
\*Live in Naples or in the proximity.
*Preferred but not required:* \*Military/law-enforcement experience.
\*Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
\*Prior Home Watch experience.
\*Prior Handyman or Construction experience.
*Job Types: Part-Time* 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 2-3 days per week Pay: 19/hr.
