TWC Services seeks an enthusiastic person with strong computer and organizational skills! Partnering with service operations management, the Estimator researches parts & gathers quotations to provide accurate estimates to our clients.
HVAC experience required.
Examples of duties include: procures parts-materials-tools, conducts customer service follow-up, maintains refrigerant tracking log, facilitates the administration of warranty claims, receives/reconciles completed work orders, maintains up-to-date client account information and prepares quotes & proposals.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 yrs.
HVAC/R industry experience in service operations and/or coordination
Creates quotes from existing service work orders using our quoting database as directed by the Service Department.
Procures required items, performs necessary follow-up for timely delivery, and advises the proper individual of the arrival of ordered items.
Capable of managing many diverse tasks with persistence and cooperation
Strong computer and organizational skills
Basic project accounting or costing principles
Ability to interact with customers and co-workers professionally
Excellent phone and communication skills
Strong attention to details
Conscientious, team player
Clean driving record
Clear background check and drug screen
