*Position overview: *The Install Manager is responsible for the installation performance of the business including the installer collecting the final payment.
This includes achieving operational goals and strategic actions set forth by the company.

· Determine labor requirements for dispatching workers to installation sites.
· Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at installation sites to ensure that proper installation procedures are being followed.
· Inspect or review installation projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations.
· Implement new or modified plans in response to delays, bad weather, or installation site emergencies.
· Maintain and execute the CF installation systems and protocols to minimize follow up services.
· Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
· Identifying the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills to progress in role.
· Implement safety and training programs.
· Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
· Control overtime - monitor dollars per man/ per day productivity standards.
· Maintain vehicles and equipment inventory.
· Cover absences when needed (emergency/unplanned)
· Provide feedback and/or suggestions to changes and/or improvements on policies, practices, and trainings to Management team and Ownership.
· Maintain company processes and procedures to high standards through consistent accountability and follow through.
· Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, and other external sources.

Qualifications:
- Strong background in property maintenance, HVAC/R, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to read design plans.
- Proficient in welding techniques and equipment operation.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, air conditioning units, and ammonia refrigeration is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
