*CRANE OPERATOR*
Youngquist Brothers LLC is seeking an individual with crane experience.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
· *Crane operator of company owned cranes for a private company on our job sites.
*
· Operate different type of cranes (Tadano ATF 110, Terex Crossover 6000, Tadano 50T Rough Terrain)
* Telescopic crane cert only.
No LBC cranes.
* Precisely place one off, non-replaceable loads in certain areas with crane
* Support inspection and maintenance of hydraulic cranes (as listed above)
* Tilt, dip and turn suspended loads to maneuver over, under and/or around obstacles using multi-point rigging techniques
* Perform different rigging challenges
* Assist with rigging and driving on top of crane-cab duties
*BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:*
* High school diploma or GED
* National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) certification (TLL)
* Class A CDL driver’s license
* Authorization to work in the United States (FLORIDA)
* Pass a background check
* Pass a Drug Test
* Must speak ENGLISH
*PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:*
* 5+ years of experience operating crawler cranes and hydraulic cranes
* 5+ years of experience in rigging
* Experience working with delicate lifting operations (ex.
wind farms, power plants, oil refinery industry)
* Experience with tear-down and build of crawler cranes
* NCCER/NCCCO (National Center for Construction Education and Research) Rigging Certification
* Experience with a variety rigging equipment – shackles, straps, slings, rope, hoists
* Ability to calculate and determine appropriate lifting equipment
* Strong working knowledge of lifting signals, and communications
*ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:*
* Ability to perform job duties that require standing, kneeling, crouching, twisting upper body, working in cramped positions in small opening and climbing hand over hand, lifting 50 lbs.

* Ability to work in an environment requiring exposure to fumes, odors, and noise
* Ability to work overtime as needed
* Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities (sales, management, operations) while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment
* Experience in construction; Crane experience
* Valid NCCCO with medical card
* Ability to comply with safety standards
* Must have an open schedule (available early mornings, nights, weekends)

*Position Qualifications:*
* Qualified candidates should possess 3+ years of relevant experience
* Candidates must be NCCCO Certified Crane Operator with LBT (Lattice Boom Truck), TLL (Telescopic Boom crane with swing cab).
* A DOT Physical is required.
