New member(s) would need experience in Kitchen and Bath remodeling.

We are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to join our team.
The Estimating Manager will be responsible for overseeing the estimating process for Remodeling projects.
This role requires strong project management skills, expertise in construction estimating, and the ability to negotiate and control costs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing estimating teams and delivering accurate and competitive bids.
```Duties```
- Manage the entire estimating process from start to finish
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project scope and requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Develop and maintain a database of historical cost data for future reference
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
- Monitor market trends and changes in construction costs to ensure competitiveness
```Qualifications```
- Buildertrend experience
- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management
- Strong knowledge of contract documents, specifications, and construction methods
- Proficient in using estimating software such as HeavyBid or similar programs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
