Job Summary: Titan Electrical Services is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Project Manager.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the completion of awarded projects with a positive and productive attitude.
Reporting directly to the assigned Project Manager, the Assistant Project Manager will engage in various tasks to ensure the successful execution of projects and maintain our commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Assist Project Manager and Estimator as needed Negotiate and coordinate with General Contractors Create and maintain Project Schedules Produce AIA Billing Documents monthly or as needed Manage Project Change Orders and Subcontractor Qualification Coordinate with Utility Companies and Local Electrical Inspectors Conduct Weekly Site Visits and One-on-One Meetings with Project Foreman Ensure proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and Titan equipment Evaluate and assess project results Attend Site Meetings as required Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner Prepare and process Project Submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs) Build and cultivate relationships with General Contractors Uphold safety standards and promote a culture of safety within the team Qualifications: 4-6 years Electrical Field experience required Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and external partners Commitment to safety and adherence to company core values Firm understanding of Word, Excel and Email Management Benefits: 401K with Company Match Life Insurance - 100% paid by Titan Medical - 70% paid by Titan Dental Vision Paid Time Off Holiday Pay Work Location: 17600 East St.
