Punchlist Specialist

* Coastal Painting is looking for reliable and dedicated Full-Time Punch List Specialist.
* Job locations: Southwest Florida (Lehigh and Cape Coral) * Must have construction experience ( Minimum of one (1) year Responsibilities will include but not limited to: * Inspect and complete misc.
repairs and touchups throughout new construction homes prior to completion.
* Ensure all punch list items are complete * Experience repairing trims, doors, windows, painting, installing hardware, etc.
Location: Lehigh and Cape Coral Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.
00 - $25.
00 per hour Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Construction: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
