```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the installation process for various projects
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth and efficient installations
- Develop and implement installation plans, schedules, and budgets
- Provide guidance and support to installation teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide recommendations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve any installation-related problems that may arise
```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in installation management or a related field
- Strong knowledge and experience in maintenance person work, including mold remediation, water damage restoration, tile laying, metal stud framing, electrical work, CNC operations, and assembly
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control
