The Role:
If you are the person that embraces accountability, self-motivated, multi-tasking, detail oriented, and a team player we have a wonderful opportunity for you to explore.
Works under the direction of Plant Operation Manager to perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on utilities, equipment, systems installed at LeeSar facilities.
Demonstrates competency with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair in one or more of the following areas; electrical distribution systems, Programmable Logic Controllers, Emergency Power Supply Systems, electronics equipment, electromechanical systems, plumbing systems and pipe fitting, HVAC systems, commercial appliance repair, Fire Safety Systems, Security and access control systems, utility systems, and/or general building maintenance.
Successful Candidate:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Must have a minimum of 5 years of applicable working experience along with documentation of training or apprenticeship, or possess a license or certification, in a facility maintenance related field.
Read and speak English with enough fluency to accurately perform job duties and to clearly communicate any safety issues.
Must be licensed to operate a motor vehicle in the state of Florida.
Ability to set priorities and complete assignments on time
Read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, schematics, and service manuals as needed to perform required maintenance work
Ability to work successfully as both a member of a team and independently with minimal supervision
Ability to obtain/maintain certification for required powered industrial equipment use.
