Cabinet Maker / Shop Foreman

High end custom cabinetry and millwork company is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman.
This supervisory role is for a person that will be building product alongside the team as well as being responsible for the day-to-day floor operation and production.
Tasks will include but not limited to: Reviewing of shop drawings Assigning tasks to team members to streamline workflow Work preparation Maintain a high level of production quality in a timely manner Safety and cleanliness of the shop Verify dimensions and builds from shop drawings with attention to detail and quality Assure all shop equipment is well maintained and in good working order Responsible for ensuring all production is completed safely, in a timely manner and confirm the quality of final product meets company standards.
Candidates must have · In-depth knowledge of cabinetry construction and installation techniques, along with professional cabinet shop equipment and machinery · Understanding of plans, cutsheets, part lists and diagrams · Understanding of wood species and wood movement · Ability to work in CAD · Excellent communications and problem-solving skills along with the ability to teach others.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.
00 - $80,000.
