JOB SUMMARY
The NCH Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) ensures alignment and coordination of all NCH enterprise level activities in order to achieve NCH’s mission of “helping everyone live a longer, happier, and healthier life.
” The Project Manager, EPMO Facility Activation and Tracking, is responsible for overseeing assigned facilities activation projects, ensuring projects (1) meet agreed upon timelines, (2) follow EPMO guidelines, policies, and procedures, and (3) operate within project scope and budget.
The Project Manager will drive assigned projects forward, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to efficiently make data-informed decisions that align with the health system strategic plan.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for overseeing assigned facility-related activation projects, ensuring projects meet agreed upon timelines, follow EPMO guidelines, policies, and procedures, and operate within project scope and budget.
· Develops and ensures all projects have and adhere to standard project documents (e.
g.
, charter, workplan, key milestones, and dashboards) and follow EPMO facility activation guidelines.
· Manages facility activation projects including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress of project.
Confirms deadlines and progress with project stakeholders.
· Coordinate project activities between the EPMO and multiple project teams and identify and correct any duplication or misalignment.
· Works with Director and VP to convene needed committees and work groups.
Establishes effective communication plans between groups (e.
g.
, IT and construction teams)
· Sets project meeting schedule, creates agendas to drive desired meeting outcomes.
· Defines and tracks project milestones and creates risk mitigation plans.
· Supports the preparation of and/or collects deliverables and status updates prior to every meeting.
· Attends all project meetings and documents meeting takeaways, decisions, and next steps.
Sends meeting recaps within 48 hours of the meeting.
· Collects, analyzes, and verifies data related to assigned projects.
· Stores verified data, meeting deliverables, and meeting recaps in appropriate SharePoint project folders.
· Regularly prepares dashboards and status reports for leadership regarding status of projects to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and deadlines are met.
· Notifies Director and VP of any identifiable project risk, obstacles, or barriers to implementation.
· Acts as knowledge expert for EPMO activities, educating staff of other functional areas regarding EPMO guidelines.
· Supports the monitoring of the EPMO email and maintenance of the SharePoint site.
· Supports efforts to submit EPMO performance reports and other ad hoc reports as requested.
· Assists VP EPMO with additional ad hoc projects as needed.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field and with 5 years of experience OR Master’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field and with 2 years of experience required.
· Minimum of 2 years project or program management experience required; healthcare projects preferred.
· Knowledgeable of current trends in project management and project management tools.
· Candidates may work onsite in Naples, FL or be considered for a virtual position.
If a virtual position is offered, the candidate may be required to travel onsite up to 25% of the time.
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification within 1 year of hire required.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize based on deadlines.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new procedures, processes, technology, and applications.
· Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
