Warehouse Manager
Duties include:
- Oversee & manage warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, inventory management, order fulfillment
- Coordinate delivery of parts/equipment to job sites with the highest level of efficiency
- Deliver parts & equipment to job sites
- Pick up parts & equipment from job sites
- Oversee, manage, maintain, & coordinate delivery & return of equipment.
- Oversee, manage, maintain, & coordinate maintenance & repairs for fleet.
- Keep all equipment & fleet current with necessary registrations & calibrations.
- Verify count & cost on orders received
- Fleet inventory
- Warehouse inventory
- Maintain PO system
- Assist technicians with product research
- Monitor staff performance to assure efficiency, accuracy, & safety
- Conduct Monthly Safety Meeting
- Communicate frequently with coworkers, build rapport with coworkers & vendors
- Positively encourage technicians
- Proactively look for ways operation can improve & provide insight to management team
- Implement & enforce new processes & procedures
The ideal candidate will possess the following Qualifications:
- Highly Motivated with a positive attitude
- Be a self-started with the ability to self-manage
- Strong verbal & written skills
- Strong computer knowledge
- Knowledge of plumbing fittings & equipment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to perform physical labor & have ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Pass through background check
- Ability to work alone, as well as in a team setting
- Possess a high level of personal integrity
- High School Diploma or Equivalent\\
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,600.
00 - $52,000.
