Service Department Salesman / Estimator

Job Description: We are seeking a Service Department Salesman / Estimator to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of various projects across Southwest Florida area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Knowledge of commercial construction * Produce detailed estimates * Cultivate customer relationships * Oversee and supervise construction project progress and provide reports on timeline, progress, and adjustments * Able to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers * Manage schedule to ensure project is completed in a timely manner Order, manage materials and equipment to ensure everything is onsite or ready for crews the following day * Report work progress and budget matters to company owner * Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget * Provide internal reporting and projections for inventory * Ensure manpower and resources are adequate * Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems * Communications with tradespeople * Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to other professionals * Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met * Take pictures of work and provide to office via email * Proven experience as foreman or similar position preferred.
* Sales back ground * Mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary to do material estimates * Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision * Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently and deadlines * Able to manage team of employees and multiple projects * Accurate and precise attention to detail * Excellent organizational and leadership skills * Ability to communicate and report effectively * Staying in contact with our customers to meet their needs * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, On Center Software OST / QB Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
