*Job Summary* As an Assistant Manager, you are a key member of the leadership team.
You’re responsible for supporting a profitable business--focusing on creating genuine connections that foster customer loyalty, love of the brand, and strong community engagement.

* Are adept with technology and apps and familiar with industry-related blogs and feeds.
* Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.

* is hiring a *Factory Manager*! *Who We Need* We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual.
This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the factory and the performance of the production team.
This individual will be responsible for the coordination of production and product schedules, as well as the daily operations of the factory.
This individual will also be responsible for ensuring that all safety regulations are being followed at all times.
*What You’ll Be Doing* *Manage and oversee the daily operations of the factory, including product quality, production, and shipping.
* * Ensure that all safety regulations are being followed at all times.
* Coordinate with outside auditors to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
* Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure product is being received in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, shipments, etc.
* Manage the daily schedule of production employees to ensure that production is running efficiently and effectively.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Follow all OSHA regulations and other applicable laws and guidelines.
* Other duties as assigned by management.
*Qualifications: * *High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
* * Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions in a manner tailored to the specific needs of the position.
Ability to work in a team environment with a sense of urgency.
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times while performing duties in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
Ability to work overtime when necessary as needed to meet company goals on time.
* Prior experience working in manufacturing or warehousing environment preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
