Entry-Level Roofing Account Manager

*Job Summary:* Gulf Western Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Roofing Account Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and coordinating roofing projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in the construction industry and a passion for customer service.
Must be highly motivated, and possess knowledge of all types of roofing systems and repair techniques.
The qualified candidate must be well organized and take pride in their work.
*Responsibilities:* _*1.
Client Relationship Management*_ * Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and regular updates.
* Understand client needs and concerns, addressing them promptly and professionally.

Project Coordination:*_ * Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of roofing projects.
* Monitor project timelines and communicate progress to clients.

Estimation and Quoting:*_ * Assist in preparing project estimates and quotes for clients.
* Work closely with the sales team to understand pricing and cost factors.

Sales Support:*_ * Provide support to the sales team in identifying new business opportunities.
* Assist in preparing sales presentations and materials.

Documentation and Reporting:*_ * Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
* Prepare regular reports on project status, budgets, and timelines.
*Qualifications:* * Minimum of 5 years' experience selling roof systems.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
* Basic to advanced computer skills utilizing Microsoft, Google, and CRM software.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Broad knowledge of different roofing systems and repair techniques.
