Construction Manager

We are currently in search of an experienced Construction Manager (5+YEARS) to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in construction management along with exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
This role will be based in the Cape Coral/Lehigh area.
Responsibilities: · Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects throughout their lifecycle · Develop project schedules and diligently monitor progress to ensure timely completion · Manage project budgets and meticulously track expenses, collaborating closely with Purchasing for accurate costing · Conduct regular site visits to oversee work quality and adherence to safety protocols · Proficiently manage subcontractors and ensure their compliance with project requirements · Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction · Ensure strict adherence to all building codes, regulations, and company safety protocols ·Perform homebuyer walk throughs ·Monitor warranty for completed Homes Experience: · Must have Single Family Residential Homebuilding Experience · Demonstrated experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar capacity · Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methodologies · Proficiency in interpreting schematics and blueprints · Familiarity with Microsoft Office and construction estimating software (BuilderTrend experience preferred) · Exceptional communication and leadership abilities · Strong multitasking skills with the capability to prioritize effectively · Possession of a clean driving record If you are a highly organized individual with a passion for construction and a proven history of successful project management, we encourage you to apply.
