We are seeking a Construction Manager to join our team.
As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.
Your expertise in project management, blueprint reading, and time management will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire bids from subcontractors
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timelines are met
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, including progress reports and any potential risks or delays
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects

Requirements:
