Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in various plumbing systems and techniques, along with a strong mechanical aptitude.
Must have a clean driving record and able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to determine layout for plumbing systems
- Knowledge of re-piping residential and commercial properties and passing inspections
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures such as sinks and toilets
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, and other professionals on plumbing projects
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and provide solutions
Skills:
- Proficient in assembling and installing plumbing systems
- Knowledge of schematics and mechanical systems
- Experience in construction plumbing, remodeling, or HVAC systems
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with power tools for plumbing installations
- Maintenance Person skills for general repairs and maintenance
