Position Purpose
A versatile position within a dynamic nonprofit that provides community-inspired, volunteer-powered disaster relief.
This position is responsible for managing the technical needs of a successful program.
Reporting Relationships
Reports to Project Manager
Roles reporting to position Site Supervisors
Approximate number of reports 1-3
Essential Functions
Oversee Site Supervisors, Site Supervisor Trainees and Team Leaders and project sites on a day to day basis.
Maintain the high quality of work performed by teams in the field.
Communicate clearly with beneficiaries regarding timelines for work completion.
Oversee tool tracking, maintenance, and repairs.
Develop clear training and safety protocols on site and communicate these with staff and volunteers.
Communicate assessment information and any special considerations to staff and volunteers before starting new sites.
Maintain accurate tracking systems of worksites completed and current progress.
Offers experienced based troubleshooting on construction work sites.
Implements a system of evaluation, including follow up assessments to ensure work is meeting the assessed need and is being performed correctly
We have decided to relax the requirement for Covid-19 vaccination for on program staff.
While we still strongly recommend Covid-19 vaccination, along with other standard and travel immunizations as recommended by the CDC and WHO, Covid-19 vacation will no longer be required

Position Requirements
Education High School Diploma or equivalent.
Related Experience Previous experience with All Hands and Hearts preferred; experience working in a post-disaster environment preferred.
2+ years experience remodeling and rebuilding homes in the U.
S.
Special Competencies/Certifications Valid driver's license required.
Good written and oral communication skills, confident in Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs and Google Sheets; and Microsoft Office.
Applicant must be well organized and have a flexible approach to managing multiple tasks and prioritizing them appropriately.
The individual is able to manage a large workload and perform in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
Constantly works in outdoor adverse weather conditions
Frequently moves items weighing up to 40 lbs on work site or on base
Frequently operates construction equipment (table saws, impact drivers, drills, and more)
Frequently operates computer

Pay rate is $15-16 USD/ hour, based on skills and experience
