*General Superintendent Responsibilities*
· Manage job site safety, quality and schedule assigned projects from pre-construction to closeout.
· Mentor and develop field team members while effectively managing the overall team.
· Work collaboratively with project manager and other project team members.
· Manage the field and project team successfully and collaboratively.
· Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with clients, construction managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.
· Responsible for project set-up, job site logistics, field coordination, and project schedule.
· Review all project documents for constructability and content, including drawings.
· Maintain and update projects records including RFI’s, ASI’s and as-builts.
· Create and enforce a site-specific emergency action plan for assigned projects in collaboration with project manager.
· Supervise and coordinate subcontractors while ensuring quality and cleanliness at all times.
· Coordinate with building inspections, subcontractor inspections and agencies.
· Manage job site manpower and production and performance.
· Use BuilderTrend software effectively.
