Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with general contractors designers, and other professionals to resolve issues
- Manage project budget and track expenses
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent of a flooring company
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction documents
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Note: Construction estimating experience is a plus but not required for this position.
Bilingual a plus but not necessary
Employee to be provided with company phone, gas card and possibly a company vehicle

Pay: $41,000.
