BrandSafway Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated Construction Sales Representative to join our expanding team.

*Construction Sales Representative Position:*
* Construction Salesman
* Experience in some or all areas of commercial, maritime, and industrial scaffold, insulation, and general construction opportunities would be required.
*Construction Sales Representative Tasks:*
* Generate sales leads and call on potential new and current customers to discover new opportunities to provide quotation for scaffolding, insulation, and other products/services
* Meet sales quotas designated by Sales Manager
* Prepare accurate quotes based on customer specifications and needs
* Coordinate the sales, delivery, and/or erection and disassembly of scaffold systems consistent with customer requirements
* Provide leadership and direction to construction management team to ensure all customer needs and specifications are met
* Coordinate with office team to support billing and accounting activities to ensure customers are billed properly in a timely manner
* Maintain awareness of competitor sales efforts in the territory and update sales loss reports regularly
* Participate in regular reporting and trainings required by Sales Manager
*Construction Sales Representative Required Skills:*
* Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
* The ability to generate accurate and competitive estimates from blueprints and field inspections in a timely manner
* The ability to use a variety of standard office programs such as Microsoft office, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Estimating software, etc.
* The ability to manage an efficient work schedule to include scheduling appointments and cold call visits with customers, meeting quote delivery deadlines, closing deals and relaying time sensitive information to coworkers and customers, and maintaining accurate updated information in Salesforce
* The ability to develop new and existing customer relationships and effectively implement plans for growth and expansion of services.
* The ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
* Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
*Construction Sales Representative Education/Experience:*
* High School diploma or Equivalent- Required
* Additional education in Sales or Marketing is a plus but not required
* 3 – 5 years sales experience -Required
* Experience in equipment rental or construction industry
* Experience in preparing estimates and general sales positions
*Supplemental pay types:*
* BrandSafway sales commission program
* BrandSafway vehicle allowance and fuel reimbursement plan
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.
00 - $90,000.
