Window/Door Installer Crew

*Window & Door Installer Crew (2-3 Experienced People)* Takes project specific direction from the Installation Manager.
Applies standard residential household window and door installation techniques, procedures, and criteria, in the daily execution of tasks.
Ability to read measuring devices and solve practical, logical, and arithmetic problems.
_*Principle Responsibilities:*_ * Provide excellent customer service.
* Remove existing exterior windows, sliding glass, and swing-doors.
* Frame up and install exterior windows, sliding glass, and swing-doors.
* Possibly complete window and door warranty work (e.
g.
, glazing, window and door replacement installation, minor cosmetic corrections).
* Meet company safety requirements by keeping work area neat and clean, following safety precautions, and wearing required safety apparel (i.
e.
, shoes, safety glasses, fall protection, etc.
), and reporting any safety issues to the manager.
_*Qualifications:*_ * Crew of 2-3 experienced members.
* Truck, tools, and trailer necessary to complete installation.
* Worker's compensation exemption and General Liability Insurance * Experience: Minimum of three (2) years of window and door installation experience.
Prior knowledge of general construction applications and terminology and/or window and door applications or components is required.
Prior experience with power tools is required.
_*Physical & Risk Effort:*_ Specific physical abilities required by this job include Regularly: stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, type and/or feel, reach with hands and arms in front of body and above the shoulders.
Repetitive body motions may be required.
Occasionally: sit, stoop, crouch lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
_*Working Conditions:*_ Indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to hot or cold temperatures for one or more hours, state travel required.
