Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects (residential & commercial) from start to finish
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Review and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and make decisions that align with project goals
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a construction project manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, coordination, and management principles
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with construction software such as Buildertrend, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Primavera
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of contract administration and procurement processes
