Estimator & Project Manager

Your Responsibilities will include: Review data reports and complete on site inspections to write all or portions of project reports/estimates Prepare cost proposals/estimates and required reports Strong leadership qualities to oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation and supervise onsite personnel and/or subcontractors Budget resources for assigned projects, negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers Able to simultaneously manage multiple projects of various size and scope Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to the original plans and specifications Working closely with other department to ensure timely customer service Qualifications Previous experience in construction management or other related fields Previous experience with insurance claims and managed repair assignments 3-5 years’ experience writing repair/remodel estimates Must understand Project Scheduling Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Must have Xactimate experience writing Water, Fire, Mold, and Rebuild
