Responsibilities:
Performs installation and service-related work assigned to you by your field manager and/or service dispatcher.
Determines the correct equipment and/or material needed for the given task and orders parts and supplies when needed.
Ensure all paperwork and/or electronic service tickets needed for each job are accurately filled out.
Create and maintain a collaborative working relationship with both supervisors and co-workers.
Qualifications and Competencies:
Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in the commercial trade.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Knowledge of hazards and safety precautions of the trade.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Demonstrate ability to use current technology (Android/Apple devices) for communications and field reporting.
A willingness to work until the last job of the day is done.
