* Job Description** WHAT YOU’LL DO* Helicon is growing and we have great opportunities for a Foreman to support our foundation repair and soil stabilization construction projects.

*DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Performs general construction work including physical labor, using hand tools, and lifting materials as directed by the site supervisor * Understand project schedules, assume additional responsibilities, and work extended hours as needed * Work cohesively with team members to exceed client expectations * Maintain equipment daily to ensure it functions properly and safely * May require additional responsibilities and/or work extended hours as needed to meet project deadlines *Qualifications** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:* * High School or equivalent * A valid and current Driver’s license is required * 3+ years experience in construction general labor and/ or working outside for long hours * Familiarity with construction project team management and delegation * The ability to be coached and mentored and collaborate within a team environment *YOU WILL LOVE WORKING FOR HELICON IF YOU:* * Thrive working in fast-paced, high-growth environments * Get excited about being an important part of a growing organization.
*Additional Information** WORK SCHEDULE AND PAY RANGE:* * Varies; will require a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
* Local day travel is required.
* Position requires occasional overtime.
* Pay Range is $19/hr to $24/hr *ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:* * Work near or with moving mechanical parts - Frequently * Outdoor weather conditions - Occasionally * Moderate-Loud Noise *PHYSICAL DEMANDS:* * Must be able to lift/carry/push or pull - up to 50 pounds.
* Must be able to hear equipment operating, alarms sounding, traffic, telephones.
* Ability to see clearly at 20 inches/50 centimeters or less and at 20 feet/6 meters or more.
