Summary
The Line and Grade Manager is accountable for all the layout activities and ensures safe and accurate work.
Has a good understanding of SQP goals and collaborates with Project Leadership to identify improvement ideas.
Builds relationships with Line and Grade Crews to understand their strengths and weaknesses.
Maintains black book for Line and Grade recruiting efforts.
Buck stops here for resolution of any Line and Grade issues.
Contributes to safety on the project by perpetuating the IIF culture.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Line and Grade Manager will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner.

Responsible for Layout Activities, Adhering to the Quality Control Requirements of a Project(s) within a BURG or Region
Responsible for Managing Installation of On-Site Layout
Directs and Oversees the Work of Direct Reports on Assigned Projects
Ensures a Safe Work Environment
Participates in Training/Certifications
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent, and 8 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years as a Party Chief.
Knowledge of all phases of concrete and building construction.
