Summary The Project Superintendent directly and through subordinate Superintendents, oversees profitable installation of project work by directing co-workers and interfacing, coordinating and directing other trades.
Responsible for all areas on medium or large projects including prime contracts.
Responsible for safety, planning, cost and productivity, while perpetuating an SQP culture.
Responsible for high level client relationship through professional conduct.
Roles and Responsibilities The Project Superintendent will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, high quality and productive (SQP) manner.
