*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Utilize power tools, hand tools, and other equipment to assemble Neighborhood Electric Vehicles and Golf Carts.
* Ability to understand and translate blueprints, work instructions, control plans, and visual aids to assemble vehicles.
* Inspecting components and reporting problems and/or defects to management.
* Problem solving and troubleshooting wherever possible.
* Embracing as Safety First manufacturing philosophy.
* Supporting preventative maintenance activities.
* Active participation in 5s, lean initiatives, kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
*Education / Experience:*
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience in manufacturing
* Mechanical Aptitude
* Experience with power tools and hand tools
* Problem-solving skills.
* Positive team player attitude
*Physical Work Environment*
* Prolonged standing for 8 or more hours
* Varying degrees of temperature (high heat/humidity during summer months)
* Must be able to lift/carry minimum 50 lbs.
*Job Type: *Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
*Hourly Wage:* *$17.
