*QUALIFICATIONS* * Sales Experience * Self Motivated * Driven * Vehicle/ Valid DL/ Insurance * Meets or exceeds Sales Goals * Can carry & climb a ladder and not afraid of heights *REQUIREMENTS* * Must generate roofing sales through multiple channels of networking and prospecting.
* Must have sales experience.
* Conducting inspections of roofs and exteriors and documenting damage via pictures, measurements and notes.
* Providing prospects with information about damage to their property, the insurance restoration process, as well as our background and services.
* Presenting findings to prospects and closing roof agreements based on cash or insurance proceeds.
* Providing proper documentation to the inside production team to begin roofing and construction projects.
* Being present at roofing & construction projects to answer customer questions and attempt to offer services to neighbors.
* Complete all necessary paperwork related to the insurance process.
* Attend sales meetings.
