Requirements:

* Reliable transportation (car/van/truck)
* Provide your own tools
* Must have skills like painting, flooring, remodeling and general construction.
Responsibilities:
* Repair and maintain a variety of equipment and tools.
* Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks.
* Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and tools.
* Diagnose problems and repair them in a timely manner.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Be able to lift heavy objects.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $2,000.

Schedule:
* 10 hour shift
* 12 hour shift
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends as needed
