This position is for a Customer Service professional, who works under general supervision to answer basic customer inquiries on product availability and status of orders.
They will work closely with internal business units to ship product on time.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick and independent learner, communicates effectively and professionally, and can efficiently manage changing priorities in a manufacturing environment.
Primary Responsibilities: Performs duties related to overall customer service that includes post-sales support Builds and maintains positive business relationships with key customers by providing prompt accurate service Assists Customer Service and sales team by managing customer Sales Orders and deliveries Manages customer returns from internal and external customers Works with both internal and external customers to reconcile account issues Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service through documentation, communication and coordination with both internal and external customers Responsible for managing on-time delivery to Collins internal customers by working with the operations team to ensure demands are placed, managed and delivered to Estimated Ship Date Assists in tracking order activity and alerts management and appropriate staff of potential delivery problems Works with appropriate team members to assist in producing reports related to customer orders and activities Confers with production, sales, shipping, or other personnel to expedite and/or trace shipments Candidate is required to work on-site Basic Qualifications: Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience Must be authorized to work in the U.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
