Maintenance Manager for Busy Property Management Company (Lehigh Acres)

We are a busy property management company looking to hire a maintenance manager for our homes in Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, and Fort Myers.
Duties include: - General repairs and maintenance of properties - Preparing vacant properties for rent between tenants including occasionally hauling away left over household items - Troubleshooting tenant maintenance requests - Regular communication with owners - Conduct routine property inspections as time allows Requirements: - Must have computer skills and access to receive work orders online - Skilled in basic carpentry and painting.
Any knowledge of well-water systems, electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc is a huge plus.
- Must have a reliable work truck with current registration and insurance as well as and your own basic tools.
- Must have a valid Florida driver's license and be able to pass a back-ground check Competitive pay hourly.
