Hadinger Flooring of Naples is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee installations and verify that established deadlines are being met.
*Responsibilities:*
* Acts as the “go to” person for all aspects related to the installation - e.
g.
timelines, changes, issues, management, etc.
* Coordinate project inspections with the Installation department
* Design accurate floor preparation estimates prior to installations
* Communicate with installers, customers and Installation Department to ensure projects are completed to company standards, reflecting quality workmanship
* Collect payments as needed upon completion of installations
* Complete final inspection of all installs coordinating any repairs as needed
* Support installation team as needed for measurements and small repairs
* Maintain a positive relationship with members of all departments within the organization
* Ensure all timelines and deadlines are met as promised
* Assist the Installation Manager with additional duties as needed
*Skills and Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
* Excellent math and planning capabilities
* Excellent problem solving, customer service, and computer skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email and internet functions
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Experience working with installers and crews; Familiarity with the construction/ flooring industry is preferred
* Must be dependable and reliable!
