*REMODEL and/or New Construction Superintendent Responsibilities*
* Manage Remodel job sites safety, quality and schedule assigned projects from pre-construction to closeout.
* Mentor and develop field team members while effectively managing the overall team.
* Work collaboratively with Remodel project manager and other project team members.
* Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.
* Responsible for project set-up, job site logistics, field coordination.
* Responsible for driving Remodel constructability field issues to resolve
* Responsible for Remodel / New Construction project schedule collaboration with PM and Subs.
* Responsible for updating Remodel project schedule weekly due to unforeseen field conditions.
* Review all project documents for constructability and content, including drawings.
* Maintain and update projects records including RFI’s and as-builts.
* Create and enforce a site-specific emergency action plan for assigned projects in collaboration with project manager.
* Supervise and coordinate subcontractors due to field changes.
* Coordinate with building inspections, subcontractor inspections and agencies.
* Manage job site manpower, production and performance.
* Responsible for ensuring schedule is driven daily for quality performance.
* Use Procore software effectively.
