Maintenance Tech

Commercial Maintenance Company looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician that has some or all of the following skills: * Masonry (concrete/stucco repair) * Paver repair (level uneven pavers) * Asphalt repair * Minor plumbing * Pressure washing * Ceiling tiles installation * Drywall Repair (patch and match texture) * Operate equipment (boom lift, scissor lift, skid steer, excavator, roller) *Requirements* * Candidate should have their own hand tools.
* Able to use a smartphone/ tablet to update work order with pictures and notes.
* Able to follow written/verbal instructions and perform tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
* Valid driver's license and safe driving record * Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.
