*Position Description:*
Our Company is seeking an experienced and talented HVAC Technician to join our team.
We are looking to hire experienced HVAC Technicians and Installers to join our team in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates should be familiar with standard HVAC installation procedures, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer service.
We are interested in hiring a hardworking individual who is capable of thinking on their feet and making decisions related to equipment failures or system malfunctions.
*HVAC Technician Responsibilities*
· Know how to operate and maintain HVAC Systems.
· Read and interpret wiring diagrams.
· Perform inspections of new equipment operations, adjust and repairs of new equipment to ensure constant and reliable indoor air comfort.
· Be able to put technical talk into a language that the customer will be able to understand.
· Provide customers with good customer service and build a long-term relationship with our clients.
· Know how to disassemble and reassemble HVAC Systems.
· Be aware of the local building codes and ordinances.
*Minimum Qualifications*
· Highschool diploma or GED
· 5+ years of experience in HVAC
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to climb and maneuver in tight spaces, ladders, and lift items up to 50 pounds.
· Bilingual- English and Spanish

Pay: $30.
00 - $40.
