Shell Construction Superintendent

Richard & Rice Construction is a national award winning Shell Contractor that is busy with lots of work!! We are in search for experienced shell construction superintendents in the following counties: *Sarasota, Lee, and Collier* *Requirements:* * A minimum of 3+ years Shell Construction Experience * Must have reliable vehicle * Background in carpentry is a plus * Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus * Professional with great communication skills * Must pass a drug test This individual will need to know how to perform takeoffs, slab layouts, place purchase orders, stay on top of safety protocol, communicate efficiently with subcontractors, vendors, and office team.
