Job Description:
As a Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in the homebuilding process, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and overseeing the entire homebuilding process with a focus on efficiency and quality.
* Cultivating positive relationships with subcontractors to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.
* Continuously evaluating and enhancing measures related to quality, safety, scheduling, and cost control, enforcing site safety protocols.
* Providing mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and development.
* Managing construction schedules meticulously to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
* Implementing strategic recovery measures to maintain schedules, authorize payments, and ensure timely completion of work.
* Offering clear and informative responses to buyer inquiries about the home construction process and ensuring overall home condition meets buyer satisfaction at move-in.
* Delivering an exceptional level of customer service throughout the entire homebuilding journey.
* Meeting original completion dates provided to homebuyers.
* Maintaining a clean, orderly, and visually appealing worksite during construction to enhance customer experience.
* Managing post-close processes for warranty, including assessing requests, determining appropriate courses of action, scheduling trades, and overseeing quality assurance.
* Demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on additional duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.
00 - $90,000.
