Plant Manager

Location: Naples Progress - 157 (Naples, FL) Summary: Job Description: A Plant Manager oversees every part of a plant's operations.
A Plant Manager assists with drivers, monitors inventory, approves time for payroll weekly, batches the loads of concrete into the mixer trucks, and ensures the plant is running at optimum levels.
The Plant Manager would also handle the drivers' needs and the payments being returned to the plants for processing.
Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel Place production orders from customers Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions Adhere to all safety policies and procedure Possess a "GO-GETTER" mentality Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields Knowledge of production tools and equipment Strong leadership qualities Computer skills (preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills No felony convictions within the past ten years Benefits: 7 Paid Holidays (From day one) & Paid Time Off (After one year of service) Weekly Pay by Direct Deposit Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Short- & Long-Term Disability; and a 401(K) Plan with a match of Up to $60 Per Week Pay rates are based upon experience and will be discussed in a face-to-face interview.
