, a leading System Integration company based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is seeking an experienced Low Voltage Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of alarm systems (alarm.
com), camera systems, audio systems and programming networks.

Responsibilities:
Low Voltage System Integration: Install, configure, and integrate low voltage systems, including alarm and camera systems, audio systems and networks.
Ensure the smooth operation and functionality of these systems, while adhering to industry standards and client specifications.
Project Management: Take ownership of assigned projects and manage them from start to finish.
This includes coordinating with clients, understanding project requirements, creating project plans, and overseeing the installation and integration process.
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of technicians to ensure timely completion and successful project delivery.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance activities on low voltage systems to identify and resolve technical issues.
Perform routine inspections, system upgrades, and repairs to ensure optimal system performance and client satisfaction.
Documentation and Reporting: Create accurate and detailed documentation of project specifications, installation procedures, and system configurations.
Generate progress reports, service tickets, and other documentation as required, maintaining clear communication channels with clients and internal teams.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Deliver comprehensive training to clients on system operation and functionality, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Low Voltage Technician or similar role, preferably in a System Integration company.
* In-depth knowledge of programming networks, camera systems, and audio systems.
* Familiarity with alarm systems, alarm.
com and their installation and integration.
* Proficiency in Control 4 and Crestron systems is highly desirable.
* Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.
* Excellent leadership abilities and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.
